GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
COMPANY'S OBLIGATIONS
Opening hours are 0430-0100 ((charges are made for out of hours collections/drop offs )all collections and drop offs by confirmed appointment only 48 hours minimum).(closed on 25 Dec and 01 Jan half days 0400 till 1400 31 Dec and 24 Dec)minimum stay 24 hours for contract holders.
While the vehicle is inside our facility and parked .it will be covered by the company's protection plan and all claims directed to the company (who s decision is final)
The company is responsible for any damage to the exterior of the vehicle provided that we the company damaged the vehicle, provided that it can be proven that the damages were caused by the company's negligence and are reported before the vehicle is removed from parking.(photographic proof of vehicle on drop off by yourself is required )any vehicle rented out to anyone but the owner will not be covered as driver could of made the damage and not reported it to you we are not responsible to advise you .
The company does not assume any responsibility for the loss or theft of vehicles .batteries .exhausts etc which are covered by your own insurance along with fire. ,non-fixed accessories and items inside the vehicle.As these should be removed This includes, among others:
- Theft of personal belongings: Money mobile phones, tablets, computers, clothing items, bags, or any other object left in the vehicle by the customers.documents and paperwork.SHOULD NOT BE LEFT IN THE VEHICLE AND IS NOT COVERED BY US
Tesla and electric cars must not be left in armed mode .gps and cameras must be switched off.Data protection of other clients and rights of employees.
occasionally the vehicles may be parked out for a small amount of time in a secure place when we are busy in order to collect and drop off clients cars promptly.they will then be taken to our secure premises for the duration of the stay
The company is not responsible for any mechanical and/or electrical breakdowns , fires , that may occur during the vehicle's stay in the parking facility weather due to long term parking weather vermin or anything beyond our control.. Additionally, the company will not cover any wear and tear on the vehicle's exterior and interior components due to regular usage. Or stored for a long period including weather damage ,paint Fading headlight wear .
The company will not be liable for imperceptible damages, both interior and exterior, if there is insufficient light, adverse weather conditions, or excessive dirt to perform a proper inspection of the vehicle. Visual inspection under such conditions is unreliable, as well as capturing these damages in photographic evidence during the vehicle's handover. This prevents any potential confusion when claiming minor damages that become apparent when the car is returned cleaned and free from the dirt that concealed them at the beginning of your journey.
The company is not obligated to clean the parked vehicle. Those on cleaning contracts we offer 12 cleans within the annual yearly contract.christmas and new year cleaning is not fulfilled.The contracted service is for storage and transportation, and the offered cleaning service is a courtesy provided by the parking facility.annual parking contracts including cleaning is for contract holders only covers are provided depending on contract from roof to floor and although will offer protection (dust and extremities will always be present)covers are removed 48 hours before arrival for vehicle prep and checks .should the weather prevail after wash we apologise but it will not be rewashed friends and family is a gratuity and is at the companys decision excessive dirt .sand etc will be charged at 50 euro a clean Therefore, the customer waives any claims or complaints regarding vehicle cleaning.Any vehicle that has been to an outsourced service station or a recommended service place will be handed back to client as it is returned to us. so that no liability for damage is placed on ourselves including paid wash n vacs.
USER'S OBLIGATIONS
- It is the customer's responsibility to remove all non-fixed items and accessories from the vehicle, such as radio panels, mobile phones, vehicle documents, bags, etc.
The customer once advised by us that the vehicle has a problem must ensure of its repair before it is brought in for parking .or book it in with our mechanic for the said repair.
If not repaired the grua will be called for future non starts.
bookings are to be made minimum of 48 hours before less than this carrys a charge as per web site.
clients other than family memmbers named on the contract are charged as per website.
- The customer must ensure that the vehicle is delivered at the designated time agreed upon between the customer and the company. Failure to deliver the vehicle at the designated time may result in additional costs.exit fee of parking payable in cash .arriving early will not guarantee early collection as we have other clients booked in.arriving late will not automatically get you collected immediately we have other clients arriving on time
contract holder must ensure that family and friends who use the vehicle bring it back in a good inside state otherwise it will not be cleaned .we find that owners bring cars looked after non owner leave food creams rubbish and generally very dirty these cleans you will be charged for 45 euro.
- The customer must provide the company with the vehicle key.or secondary key for usage of flights’ between 0000 and 0500
The customer must ensure that they follow the terms and conditions
drop off and collection procedures included.
constant abuse of the conditions will result in a non refunded cancelled contract.
contracts are non refundable.
- The customer must ensure that the vehicle is legally documented and in a condition to be driven, including taxes, valid ITV certificate, insurance policy, etc. In many cases, the company receives and delivers the vehicle at the designated meeting point (e.g., Malaga Airport). And must be road legal and insured for us to drive from the meeting point to the yard .Therefore, the company reserves the right to deny entry to any vehicle that does not meet the requirements stipulated by Spanish law.
- In the event of any necessary repairs on the vehicle, the customer must carry out the repairs at the designated workshop assigned by the parking facility with the express authorization of the insurance company's assessor.
- While the customer is driving the vehicle within the company's premises, the customer is responsible for any damages that may occur and associated costs.If the vehicle is with a garage booked via yourself it will be delivered to yourself as we receive it from the garage as to show you the repair before cleaned incase of paint not being ready or damage not correctly completed.
The user must not be abusive to any member of staff as we hold the right to cancel your contract immediatly.
CANCELLATIONS, RATES, AND REFUNDS
- The confirmation of a web reservation request does not guarantee a specific parking space for the vehicle in the parking facility.
- For all parking reservations, the company must be informed of a cancellation in writing .
- The company has the right to restrict or cancel reservations. All services are subject to availability.
- Prices may vary for different periods, and while the company strives to maintain prices, it reserves the right to change them without prior notice.
- Customers with an annual contract have a 15-day window from the start date to request a cancellation. They will receive a refund minus the number of days used, 7,8,10 euro per day depending on contract applying the normal daily parking rate, and a cancellation fee of 50€. After the 15 days no refunds are given.unlimited use is for contract holders only friends and family are limited use abuse of this will incur charges and possible cancellation of contract.Contracts are not transferable or to be sold on to other parties.
- The payment for the service will be made in cash upon return.
- In the case of making a reservation on the same day, the customer will be required to pay a penalty of 30.00 (30€). This penalty covers the fee imposed on us for not being allowed to solicit customers directly at the terminal. We are required to notify our customers before midnight to be included in our legitimate customer list.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- The company has the right to retain the vehicle as collateral for any outstanding debt with the company.
- Claims regarding vehicles cannot be considered unless they are reported before leaving the airport photos taken as car is handed over as proof.
- No liability is accepted for the loss,fire or damage to vehicle and components and accessories unless it can be demonstrated that it was caused by the company's negligence. The recording of damages on each part should list, if applicable, all existing damages on the same part. The customer is obliged to indicate the presence of multiple damages on the same marked part by the attendant. If there are no additional notes, the company will not entertain any claims regarding those damages.
- The company is not responsible for the loss of the document that proves and authorizes the retrieval of the vehicle. If the customer loses their receipt, and the vehicle is retrieved by someone else for fraudulent purposes, the company will not be held responsible.

In accordance with the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data, we inform you that your personal data will be incorporated into a file. for the purpose of providing its services. We also inform you that EPP has implemented technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of personal data and to prevent its alteration, loss, treatment, or unauthorized access, taking into account the state of the technology, the nature of the stored data, and the risks to which they are exposed, in accordance with the provisions of Royal Decree 1720/2007, of December 21, which approves the regulations for the development of the Organic Law on Data Protection.
